EAS 8th Grade Trip 2013
Our 8th graders are in for quite a trip! The dates for this trip are April 22 - 26, 2013. These 20 kids are in for a great time doing lots of cool things.
They are going to the California Science Center, Six Flags Magic Mountain, and Long Beach Marine Institute (LMBI). They are also going to have the opportunity to see some other schools. They are going to stay at Newbury Park as well as South Bay Junior Academy.
These trips involve a lot of planning, made possible by parents, teachers, and sometimes even volunteers. The people involved in these are very generous to give so much of their time to these types of trips. Some of the people that made this trip possible are Mrs. Negrete, Mrs. Courtney, Mr. Bryan, Mr. Johnson, Mrs. Kemp, Mrs. Mace, and Mrs. Simpson.
The Jr. high has been much quieter without them but that is going to change when they return. They are coming back from their trip Friday evening. I hope they are having a great time!
